The OELCHECK-concept
 
OELCHECK offers analysis kits for different tests of lubricants and fuels:
mineral and synthetic oils
lubricating greases
assembling pastes
other fuels (brake fluids, metal working oils, heat transfer oils and transformer oils).
 
Depending on the type of test, the customer gets the corresponding analysis kit by return mail.
 
The price for the analysis kit includes:
sample tube
addressed envelope
sample information sheet
laboratory tests – prepaid samples (Kit 1-5) which arrive until 12.00 noon will be analysed within 24 hours
lab report with the comment of a competent engineer
dispatch of the lab report via mail, email, fax or email + txt-file
possibility of recalling the lab reports via internet directly from the OELCHECK-webserver
 
Samples in prepaid analysis kits and with completed sample information forms which arrive until 12.00 am will be tested within 24 hours.

If your sample arrives at our laboratory before noon in our prepaid OELCHECK sample bottle for kit 1-5 and with a proper filled out sample information form, you'll get a lab report according to your request via email (pdf-file), mail or fax until the end of the next business day.

The OELCHECK engineers comment wear-condition, contaminants and the further use of the lubricant. The interpretation of the test results depend on the machines or motors the sample was taken, the operation time and the type of lubricant. Additional tests are specified and commented according to type of lubricant and scope of analysis (=number of analysis kit).

For easy orientation you find a short symbol-based rating of the analyses on the top of every lab report. Here's an overview of the used symbols:

Normal Normal The measured values of the sample are okay.
Further operation is possible without restrictions.
Hinweis Caution Based on the measured values no definite comment is possible.
Please note the engineer's advice in the diagnosis field.
Achtung Attention The measured values are not okay. Please follow the engineer's advice written in the diagnosis field. Normally oil has to be changed, filtering or machine-spection is needed.
