Since 1996, the OilDoc Academy regularly has offered numerous training courses in which our OELCHECK engineers pass on their highly specialized knowledge to our clients. The course content has been designed specifically for practical people working in the field of service and maintenance. The focus of our OilDoc courses is geared towards the various machine elements, systems and industries.

OilDoc-training courses: Lubricants and oil analyses

Our basic training courses which take place in the OELCHECK building in Brannenburg, Upper Bavaria (max. 18 participants) cover the following topics:

Oil analyses – a modern method for proactive and preventive maintenance
Technical terms and standards of lubricating technology and tribology
Right choice, specification and operating time of lubricants with regard to the individual plants and machines
Test methods for well-founded information within the used oil analytic
Safe application of lubricants and reduction of the oil and grease product ranges
Correct oil sample taking
Criteria and limit values for the evaluation of oil samples
Costs:
990 € per person for the basic training course
350 € per person for the additional workshop day
