The price for an analysis kits includes:

Original OELCHECK sample-bottle with embossing.
Pre-addressed envelope.
Sample information form incl. barcode label.
Laboratory tests: All samples are analyzed and assessed by the end of the next business day provided that the samples arrive at our laboratory before noon in our prepaid OELCHECK sample bottle for kit 1-5 accompanied by a properly filled in sample information form.
Laboratory report assessed by one of our engineers. Detailed statements can be obtained for an extra charge.
Dispatch of the laboratory report via email OR fax.
Online access to your laboratory reports and analysis data at www.lab-report.com.

*) Please note that you will be charged an extra 15.00 € processing fee per kit for samples sent to us in your own bottle (i.e. no original OELCHECK bottle).
